Beautiful Day to everyone, I am very sorry that I have not been regular in my posts. It's not like that many people are reading this anyway. Hey guess what...there were some @coil donations that came my way which I promptly donated to StJudes via the tipbot. Well the main theme for today is to take a look at what people are doing with their hard earned money. I see everyone buying XRP like there is no tomorrow, but it's mostly confined to those in the community. The belief in XRP is such that the potential of the crypto is undeniable. However, lots of cries and screams are coming from those who feel that the price of it should be much higher than it actually is. Everytime there seems to be good news for the team at Ripple, the price of XRP goes down. Many get frustrated when seeing this and start going into a downward spiral of depression. Not only that the number of scammers coming in to rip people off their units of XRP is growing steadily. At times the people just want m

Good Afternoon All! It is time again for me to pour out what's in my mind. Recently, I was shown how exciting things can get in the community. So I was just scrolling through wiki to get some information for my students. Just some random facts about the kinds of behavioral adaptations that certain animals possess. As you already know, I had installed the chrome extension for coil a couple of days ago. When I looked up at the extension while researching...low and behold, I saw that the page was web-monetized. I thought that someone from the community would have already caught it and would be posting soon, so I did my two cents worth and gently mentioned it to the community in twitter. OMG, boy did that tweet blow up...people were asking for screenshots...Tiff (a very nice lady by the way in more ways than one) even used her phone to record a video of the wiki showing that it was web-monetized with coil. That was very exciting nonetheless. So much of love with congrats filling my
Good Evening all, So as I was driving home today from work certain things crossed my mind. I have always been passionate about cars and I can spend hours of my free time just looks at cars and reading about them and imagining driving them...I digress. However, recently, I noticed that a perfectly decent human being and stand up citizen can fall into the trap of road rage so easily. How is that a person with a good sense of humor and a good personality can turn so nasty just because someone cut them off in a lane, or caused a slight drop in speed, or forgot to turn that signal light off? Why does that cause so much anger and anguish? Would it not be a simpler alternative to let it go? (just like that song). What triggers that "Dark side"? So coming back to our beloved XRP community. So I don't really partake in the FUD bingo that goes on or make any valuable technical contribution to the conversation in twitter but I watch and I listen to see how the conversation goe
Hi all,  This happens to be my first blog...well you see I was rather interested in writing one today as members from a very special community are encouraging content creators to give a trial at something called "Coil".  Well the community is none other than the endearing XRP community.  Oh yes...if you want to find out more about Coil you can visit them at coil.com (easy right?). Don't worry it has got nothing to do with engineering or some science topic where we talk about toasters. But it's much more than that. It's the first attempt to create something we call in the XRP community...THE INTERNET OF VALUE! (please add an echo for dramatic effect) Go ahead, google these things create a twitter handle and be welcomed into the community. It will open doors to things you have never seen or heard before. Don't worry everything is within acceptable moral domains. Ok...before I get ahead of myself...being an educator I always like to end off with a little
